The Corporate Social Responsibility means considering, within the business decisions, all legitimate demands of the various categories of stakeholders, balancing and integrating them into business strategies.

The analysis of Servizi Italia’s stakeholders identifies three segments / types:

  • direct recipients of products and services produced by the Company;
  • individuals who contribute to the production of those goods and services;
  • indirect recipients of goods/services, meaning those which , although not directly involved in benefits coming from services provided by Servizi Italia, are interested in economic, social and/or environmental aspects of the company.

The service provided is directly addressed to hospitals and local health authorities and indirectly to citizens as well, as end users of the National Health Service.
