Norms and Certifications


With the goal of qualifying for the highest levels of the market in terms of safety and reliability of services provided, Servizi Italia has implemented an organizational structure able to prove that the activities carried out:

  • Provide assurance and evidence that the process is capable of systematically producing services in accordance with predetermined specifications based on customers’ requirements and on applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Are focused on the increasing of customers’ satisfaction passing through an efficient quality and safety management, following a trend of continuous improvement;
  • Are oriented towards the protection of the territory and the environment, safety and health of the community and the prevention of pollution in compliance with applicable laws.
Servizi Italia, at the same time, adopts an integrated management system for quality, environment and safety, according to international standards and in accordance with the following rules:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001, for the implementation of the Quality Management System;
  • UNI EN ISO 13485, for the realisation of a Quality Management System, supporting the organisation in the planning and development, production, installation of and assistance for medical devices, as well as the planning, development and supply of related services;
  • UNI EN ISO 14001, for the implementation of an Environmental Management System supporting the organisation;
  • UNI EN ISO 20471, high visibility clothing for professional use, assessment and control systems for high visibility clothing subject to washing and maintenance processes;
  • UNI EN 14065, bio-contamination control system for “Textiles treated in laundries”. Bio-contamination control system assessed according to the RABC guidelines issued by ASSOSISTEMA;
  • BS OHSAS 18001, management system for the protection of Workers' Health and Safety;
  • CE Certification, according to the European Directive 93/42 / EEC as amended, concerning medical devices, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree no. n. 46 of 24.02.1997 as amended., with reference to Medical Devices in sterile kits for hospital operating theaters.
