Linen Sterilization, the service consists of Sterilizing textile articles for use in the operating theatres of hospitals that have already undergone a Reconditioning service and have been shipped to the Sterilization centre from the laundry, which is normally adjacent to it.

After reading their identification labels, textile articles are:

• arranged in kits according to customer specifications;
• identified to assure traceability ;
• subjected to a sterilization cycle in autoclave;
• released in conformity with the norms in force

All the activities of the sterilization centre are carried out by highly qualified staff who must follow the instructions given as well as the adopted procedures.

Moreover, in every sterilization plant every lot is recorded based on the process parameters that ensure the traceability of every medical device pursuant to the reference directive that has led to the CE certification and other norms governing the sector on the sterilization of medical devices.
