Luciano Facchini
Born in Udine on 13 October 1954.

Businessman, Luciano Facchini has been the General Manager/Chief Executive of Servizi Italia Spa from Castellina di Soragna (Parma) since 2 July 2002. Starting from this date, he guided the Company through change giving it the organisational and managerial structure of an Industrial Group, and leading it towards a financial recovery that enabled the company to be listed on the stock market.
In 1995, he joined the Coopservice company from Cavriago (Reggio Emilia) as Area Manager of North-East Italy and member of the Board of Directors. Subsequently, he was appointed Area Manager for the Health Business Line, in charge of the coordination and development of the main business line of the company that deals with hygiene and sanitisation.
Before 1995 he had played several roles in the company, including the important role of sales engineer in the hygiene and sanitisation sector. 
 

Enea Righi
Born in Sala Bolognese (Bologna) on 19 February 1956
He graduated in Law at the University of Bologna.
He was appointed Sales Manager and Member of the Board of Director of Servizi Italia.
In 1986 he joined S.E.L.O.M. S.p.A. as Manager in charge of the sterilisation line and, subsequently, he was appointed Chief Executive following the merger by incorporation of S.E.L.O.M. S.p.A. into Servizi Italia. 

 

Ilaria Eugeniani
Born in San Secondo Parmense (Parma) on 29 June, 1970
She graduated in Economics and Trade (Quantitative Studies) at the University of Parma.
She was employed by Servizi Italia in 2002 with the task of coordinating organisational plant activities subject to the Administration area; subsequently, she was appointed Administration, Finance and Control Manager with the power to coordinate the areas of Accounting and Budget, as well as Finance. She has been member of Servizi Italia’s Board of Director since February 2005 and was then entrusted with the drawing up of the corporate accounting papers in her capacity as the Manager in charge. She took part in the project aimed at listing the Company and in the M&A projects.
From 1995 to 2001 she worked for a consulting firm. 
 

Maurizio Casol
Born in Belluno on 27 July 1969
He graduated in Electro-technical Engineering at the University of Padua.
He was employed in November 2003 by Servizi Italia SPA with the role of Operations Managers of the production sites (laundries and sterilisation stations) in the North-East of Italy. He is currently Operations Manager of 9 laundries, 5 linen sterilisation stations and 8 sterilisation stations for surgical equipment.
From June 2000 to October 2003 he worked as Plant Manager for Europlastica Srl in Pasiano di Pordenone, company belonging to Europlastica Group Spa that is active in the sector of moulding and assembling of plastic and polyurethane components, design and manufacturing of moulds for plastic materials, cardboard packaging and EPS.
From 1996 to 2000 he was in charge of mechanical and electrical maintenance at the Zanussi Elettromeccanica Spa plant in Mel (BL) with the task of supervising all the problems of production equipment, defining, scheduling and carrying out preventive maintenance operations and developing the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) project. He later became Production Manager of a sector of the plant. 
 

Giovanni Manti
Born in Melito Porto Salvo (Reggio Calabria) on 24 April 1970.
He graduated in Managerial Engineering (Business Management and Organisation) at the University of Calabria in Cosenza.
He has been Organisation and Information Systems Manager for Servizi Italia spa since July 2002. His areas of responsibility are: Coordination and Organisational Development of Corporate Functions, Information Systems, Investor Relations, General Services, organisational auditing activities of the corporate functions and production sites with the purpose of optimising management costs. He took part in the project aimed at listing the Company and in the M&A projects.
From July 1999 to July 2002, he worked for Coopservice S.Coop.p.A. in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia) as an assistant to the Quality Assurance Manager, in charge of mapping and optimising organisational processes. 

Simona Campanini 
Born in Reggio Emilia on 11 October 1963.
Professional Technical Diploma.
She has been Servizi Italia SpA’s HR and Staff Manager since March 2004.
From May 2000 to February 2004, she worked as an assistant to the HR and Staff Manager of the Hygiene and Safety Division of Coopservice S.Coop.p.A.
From 1980 to April 2000, she worked for a company where she had organisational and staff management tasks.
